आईआईएम काशीपुर से प्रबंधन के गुर सीखेंगे प्रधानाचार्य व वार्डन
कहा, प्रत्येक माह आवासीय विद्यालयों में लगेंगे स्वास्थ्य शिविर
देहरादून। विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत प्रदेशभर में संचालित आवासीय विद्यालयों एवं छात्रावासों को विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र से जोड़ा जायेगा। इन विद्यालयों में उच्च स्तरीय प्रबंधन एवं शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों को और सुदृढ़ बनाने के लिये प्रधानाचार्य एवं वार्डन को आईआईएम काशीपुर में तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण दिया जायेगा साथ ही सैनिक स्कूल घोड़ाखाल का शैक्षिक भ्रमण भी कराया जायेगा। आवासीय विद्यालयों में छात्र-छात्राओं के स्वास्थ्य देखभाल के दृष्टिगत प्रत्येक माह स्वास्थ्य शिविर लगाये जायेंगे, जिसमें निकटतम स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र के चिकित्सक व स्टॉफ शामिल होंगे। इसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं।
सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने आज विद्यालयी शिक्षा महानिदेशलय स्थित राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद सभागर में गढ़वाल मण्डल के आवासीय विद्यालयों की समीक्षा की। जिसमें उन्होंने आवासीय विद्यालयों राजीव गांधी नवोदय विद्यालय, कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, राजीव गांधी अभिनव आवासीय विद्यालय तथा नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस छात्रावासों को विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र से जोड़ने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्या समीक्षा केन्द्र से जुड़ने पर आवासीय विद्यालय ऑनलाइन मोड़ में आ जायेंगे, जिससे उनकी मॉनिटिरिंग के साथ ही समस्याओं का भी शीघ्र निस्तारण किया जा सकेगा।
डा. रावत ने कहा कि इन विद्यालयों के प्रधानाचार्य एवं वार्डन को प्रबंधन कौशल विकास के लिये आईआईएम काशीपुर में तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण दिया जायेगा, इसके साथ ही इन्हें चरणबद्ध तरीके से सैनिक स्कूल घोड़ाखाल, नैनीताल का शैक्षणिक भ्रमण भी करवाया जायेगा। ताकि आवासीय विद्यालयों में प्रबंधन एवं शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों को और सुदृढ़ किया जा सके। बैठक में विभागीय मंत्री ने छात्र-छात्राओं के स्वास्थ्य संबंधी समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिये आवासीय विद्यालय एवं छात्रावासों में प्रत्येक माह स्वास्थ्य शिविर लगाने तथा सप्ताह में फार्मासिस्ट अथवा नर्सिंग अधिकारी की रूटीन ड्यूटी लगाने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये।
बैठक में विभागीय मंत्री ने आवासीय विद्यालयों का पृथक कैडर बनाने, प्रधानाचार्य के रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिये भर्ती विज्ञापन जारी करने, पांच वर्ष से अधिक समय से प्रतिनियुक्ति पर तैनात प्रधानाचार्य व वार्डन को वापस मूल पद पर भेजने तथा नई तैनाती करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने छात्र नामांकन को बढ़ाने तथा कक्षा-7,8 व 11 में रिक्त सीटों को भरने के लिये लिटरल इंट्री के माध्यम से प्रवेश देने, चार नये नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस छात्रावास का प्रस्ताव भेजने तथा समय-समय पर जनप्रतिनिधियों व प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को आमंत्रित कर विद्यालय की गतिविधियों से अवगत कराने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये।
बैठक में प्रभारी निदेशक बेसिक शिक्षा अजय कुमार नौडियाल, प्रभारी निदेशक माध्यमिक शिक्षा डॉ. मुकुल सती, एपीडी समग्र शिक्षा कुलदीप गैरोला, उप राज्य परियोजना निदेशक समग्र शिक्षा पल्लवी, स्टॉफ ऑफिसर समग्र शिक्षा बी.पी मंदोली सहित गढ़वाल मंडल के आवासयी विद्यालयों के प्राचार्य व वार्डन सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
सूबे में आवासीय विद्यालयों व छात्रावासों की स्थिति
विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि प्रदेश में वर्तमान में कुल 75 आवासीय विद्यालय व छात्रावास संचालित किये जा रहे हैं। जिसमें गढ़वाल मंडल में 29 व कुमाऊं मण्डल में 10 कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय स्थापित हैं। इसी प्रकार गढ़वाल मंडल में 13 व कुमाऊं मण्डल में 6 नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस छात्रावास है। जबकि प्रत्येक जनपद में एक-एक राजीव गांधी नवोदय विद्यालय संचालित किये जा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा गढ़वाल व कुमाऊं दो-दो राजीव गांधी अभिनव आवासीय विद्यालय संचालित किये जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि कस्तूरब गांधी बालिका विद्यालयों में वर्तमान में 4015 छात्राएं अध्ययनरत हैं। जबकि राजीव गांधी नवोदय विद्यालय में कुल 2740, राजीव गांधी अभिनव आवासीय विद्यालय 229 तथा नेताजी सुभाषचंद्र बोस छात्रावासों में 1203 छात्र-छात्राएं अध्ययनरत हैं।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने दिये नवनियुक्त उपशिक्षा अधिकारियों को गुरूमंत्र
कैबिनेट मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने आज विद्यालयी शिक्षा महानिदेशालय स्थित राज्य शैक्षिक प्रबंधन एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (सीमैट) में नवनियुक्त उप शिक्षा अधिकारियों के प्रशिक्षण शिविर में पहुंचकर प्रशिक्षण गतिविधियों के बारे में जानकारी ली। इस दौरान उन्होंने राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग से चयनित होकर आये 25 उपशिक्षा अधिकारियों से वार्तालाप की। जिसमें प्रशिक्षु अधिकारियों द्वारा अपने प्रशिक्षण काल के अनुभवों को साझा किया। विभागीय मंत्री डा. रावत ने उन्हें शुभकामनाएं देते हुये पूरी निष्ठा और ईमानदारी के साथ अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन कर शिक्षा व्यस्था को उच्च आयाम तक पहुंचाने की बात कही। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने प्रशिक्षु अधिकारियों को शिक्षा व्यवस्था में प्र्रबंधन कौशल की बारीकियां बताई।
